  • Introduction

Protein – Protein interactions play an important role in biology as key regulator of biological system is protein. The gene directs the synthesis of protein but the protein exhibits the functional role of the gene. Protein – Protein interactions like the enzymes and coenzymes, Ag-Ab interactions and drug- enzyme interactions, cell signaling cascade events that deals with protein- protein interactions has wide application in daily life. Certain diseases like cancer, autoimmune diseases, alzeihmers and so on are mainly related to disorder of proteins like aggregation and so on. So, study of these interactions can be truly beneficial and challenging. Certain protein interactions may also play a role in male fertility in rats.

    Aims and Scope:

    1. Translational biology
    2. Protein- Protein interactions related to diseases
    3. Protein Biology
    4. Translational Medicine
    5. Protein- Protein interactions role in Cell signaling
    6. Protein – Protein interactions with respect to design of drugs
